All of our merchandise is custom-made for each order, ensuring premium craftsmanship and reduced waste.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
Custom-Made Production
Every Acre Boyzz item is created uniquely for you.
Production Time:
✔ 1–3 business days before your order ships.

Shipping varies based on:

Total quantity of items
Your precise estimated delivery date appears clearly on the checkout page before purchase.
Fulfilment Locations
We ship from two fulfilment centres:

International Fulfilment Centre — where most products are produced

United States Fulfilment Centre — selected products only, clearly marked on our website
Items shipping from the US will have this stated on their page.
ORDER TRACKING
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
Customers are responsible for following delivery updates through this link.
DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED POLICY (STRICT & FRAUD-PROTECTIVE)
To protect both customers and our business from fraudulent claims:
If the courier marks an order as “Delivered,” Acre Boyzz considers the order fulfilled and completed.
If you cannot locate your package:

Check safe delivery areas around your property

Check neighbours or building reception
-
Wait 24 hours — some carriers scan packages early
If still missing, we will support you in initiating a carrier investigation.
Refunds or replacements can only be issued if the carrier confirms loss or error.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Because all products are custom-made, returns can only be accepted under specific conditions.
Eligible for Return, Replacement, or Refund
You may request a return if your item arrives:

Damaged

Defective

Incorrect (wrong item or wrong variant)

With a clear production error
All claims must include photo evidence and be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Not Eligible for Return or Refund (Strict Policy)
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

Wrong size ordered by the customer

Change of mind
-
Colour/fit/style preferences
-
Items worn, washed, used, or altered

Minor colour differences due to device screens

Claims made after 7 days

Orders already in production
-
Orders marked as “Delivered” by the courier
These rules ensure fairness, prevent abuse, and keep prices accessible.
HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST
Email support@acreboyzz.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

Your order number

A clear description of the issue

Photos showing the defect/problem

A photo of the packaging label (if available)
Incomplete claims cannot be processed.
We will respond within 24–48 hours.
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS — RETURN REQUIRED
If your claim is approved, you will receive:
✔ Return instructions
✔ A return address
✔ A return authorisation number
Items must be returned in their original, unused, unwashed condition before any refund or replacement is issued.
Once the return is received and inspected:

A free replacement will be produced and shipped
or -
A refund will be issued to your original payment method
Refunds typically process within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled within 4–6 hours after purchase, before custom production begins.
Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.
